I just wanted to post an update on where we are at with the survey.
So far, we have received over 100 responses. I have put notices in Holmes, Lancaster, and Elkhart county papers. It is my hope that we will have significantly more responses before I start posting some of the results. It is my estimate that this will happen sometime in the next month or two. The end of October is what I would foresee as the end of the information gathering stage.
Already, there are some predictable outcomes forming, but then there are some outcomes that I think will give people a great deal of reason to take pause to think about how to best approach this most difficult issue.
